Kolache Bar: Authentic Kolaches, Coffee, & More in Merritt Island, FL

Must try the Bomber! The donuts were fresh and perfect. The Kolaches are the best. If you have ever been to Texas, this is the best I have had outside of Houston! Friendly place and great stop heading to or from your cruise ship.

Kolache Bar is an absolute gem! The owner is hands-on, cooking and running the place himself, and it shows in every detail. He works incredibly hard, knows his regulars, and treats every customer with genuine kindness. My food was made fresh just for me, absolutely delicious, and the conversation while he prepared it made the experience even better. You can tell he truly knows his way around the kitchen and cares about the quality of his food. This small business is a must-visit! You’ll leave with a full belly and a big smile!

Absolutely amazing! Wish I had more photos but they were eaten too quick! Another customer was buying a ton of the ham & Swiss which isn’t something I would normally try, and it was so so so good! My favorite of them actually! Tex mex & Bonner were also off the charts with the perfect amount of spice. The staff were super kind and helpful with our large group! We got these before our cruise left and it was the perfect snack for the road! Another customer was taking theirs home to reheat. My sister said they are tasty in the air fryer. Liked the ice in the coffee! Not too sweet - not too bitter!

Wow, talk about 10/10!!! Guys listen, you cannot go wrong with coming here. I usually have a difficult time making decisions with what to get, but luckily Lisa was there to help me pick out the perfect combination of kolaches and donuts for me and my daughter. Not only is the atmosphere amazing but you’re also going to be getting some high-quality food that makes any day brighter. If you’re in the area I definitely recommend stopping by. You will not regret it!

This is an absolutely incredible restaurant! This was my first time ever hearing of and trying Kolaches, and I was blown away! The variety is impressive, delicious and fresh. The owner makes these, donuts and coffee fresh daily. Nothing tastes frozen or processed. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed talking with him and listening to his story of opening his store here. Highly highly recommend!!!!! Can’t wait to come back and make this our regular breakfast spot.

What a great shop! So glad I found this place. The owners are so friendly and accommodating and the food is absolutely delicious. I had to run in last minute in the early morning hours and was able to get fresh, amazing kolaches, donuts, and apple fritters. We got these for a work meeting and everyone loved them they were gone in minutes! Will definitely go back again when in the area.

THE BEST kolaches on the island! Bread is super fluffy and soft and the stuffing is juicy and delicious. Still warm and mouth watering. Chicken enchiladas is my favorite. Def a new regular! Thank you Nate

We drove almost an hour here because it is the only kolache place near UCF. It had good reviews but I didn’t know what to expect. Let’s just say it was more than anything I could’ve imagined! It was SOOO GOOD!! Everything is made that day. They had sweet and savory kolaches as well as fresh donuts that are better than any donuts I’ve ever tried. I will be back!
